Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented person who wants to take overall responsibility for packaging, loading, and logistics in Gärsnäs. This role is central to ensuring that our products are delivered safely, efficiently, and with a high level of service to customers and retailers in Sweden and internationally. The position combines operational responsibility in daily operations with administrative coordination with transport companies, customers, and internal functions such as production, customer support, and planning.

Packaging & Loading

• Responsible for packaging finished products according to internal quality requirements and specific customer requests.
• Ensure that products are handled and protected correctly before transport.
• Plan and coordinate daily loading.
• Verify that deliveries match waybills and order documents.
• Ensure order and structure in storage and loading areas.
• Work on improvements in packaging, packing methods, and workflows.

Logistics & Transport Administration

• Book and administer transports with external transport companies and freight forwarders.
• Act as the company's daily contact person for transport partners.
• Follow up on deliveries and handle discrepancies, delays, and transport damages.
• Ensure that freight documents, labels, and transport records are correct.
• Coordinate deliveries based on production completion and customers' desired delivery times.
• Contribute to the development of more efficient and sustainable transport solutions.
• Administer export and delivery documentation for international deliveries.

Customer & Internal Support Related to Deliveries

• Answer questions from customers, retailers, and agents regarding deliveries and transports.
• Inform customers about delivery status and any discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with customer support, production, and planning to ensure good delivery precision.
• Contribute to a professional and solution-oriented customer service approach.

Areas of Responsibility

• Delivery precision and quality in loading.
• Efficient and cost-conscious transport handling.
• Reduce transport damages and packaging-related complaints.
• Structure and order within loading and logistics flows.
• Communication and coordination between internal and external parties.

Your Background/Qualities

We are looking for you who are responsible, meticulous, and have a structured way of working. You are flexible and unpretentious, enjoy taking initiative, and have a practical and solution-oriented approach. You are driven by developing working methods and processes and see opportunities for continuous improvement. As a person, you are also service-oriented, communicative, and have an easy time collaborating with both colleagues and external contacts. You maintain good focus and work structured even during periods of high tempo. We would like you to have experience in logistics, warehousing, loading, or transport administration. You have good administrative skills and feel confident working in business systems. Experience with transport bookings and contact with freight forwarders is an advantage. To succeed in the role, you work in a structured and independent manner, while having good collaboration skills and a natural service focus. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A forklift license is an advantage.
